Meet the Founder

Monique de Lacy

As someone living with Narcolepsy, a rare sleep disorder, Monique understands the importance of promoting quality sleep, and wellness practices to maintain consistent energy and glow in one's life. In addition, her experience with Narcolepsy has also allowed her to explore the fascinating realm of dreams, creativity, and altered states of consciousness, and is deeply passionate about sharing the special technique of accessing the hypnagogic state to unlock the secrets of tapping into different levels of dreaming and consciousness, to create positive change in your waking life.

She created CreativeREST as an at-home retreat space where for people to easily access and maintain a wellness practice that keeps them well-rested, creative, and connected to their divine self. The philosophy is that it is integral to nourish and support our inner world so that we can create the most positive impact in our outer world!
